How quickly will I receive my designs?
Design requests are completed within two days or less.
How does onboarding work?
After subscribing, you’ll receive a short onboarding form to share key details about your brand.
You’ll also get access to your personal Trello board, where all design requests will be organized and managed.
The onboarding process is typically completed within a few hours. Once you accept your Trello invitation, you can start submitting requests right away.
You’ll find simple instructions inside your board on how to submit and manage your design requests.
Do you write the copy?
No. You are the expert, and your voice is your brand. You provide the raw text or ideas, and I act as your Visual Editor, fragmenting your words into the most engaging slide-by-slide sequence.
What’s Not Included?
The membership does not include:
- Full brand identity design (logos, brand strategy, full branding packages)
- Website design or development Video editing or motion graphics
- Copywriting or content writing
- Content Posting & Scheduling
- Complex illustration or custom artwork
- Meetings & Strategy Calls: all communication is handled asynchronously via Trello comments.
- "Rush" Deliveries: I do not offer same-day or "urgent" turnarounds. All tasks follow the sequential queue system (1 active task at a time) to ensure consistent quality.

There are no additional designers and no outsourcing involved. This means you’ll be working directly with me throughout the entire process, ensuring clear communication and consistent quality.
What is included in the Brand Style Guide?
It includes:

- Imagery & Graphic Style
This ensures your content maintains a clear and professional look across your posts. The guide is designed for content design and is not a full branding package.
What counts as a task?
Examples include:
• 1 carousel (up to 6 slides)
• 1 infographic

• 1 banner design
Is there a limit to how many requests I can submit?
No. Once you’re subscribed, you can add as many design requests as you like to your queue.
Designs are completed one at a time, in the order they’re submitted.

What if I’m not happy with the design?
No problem! Revisions are included, and we’ll continue refining the design until you’re completely satisfied.
How do I submit design requests?
Hi!HelloDesign uses Trello to manage requests, which gives you a lot of flexibility.
Clients often submit requests by:

Uploading wireframes or references
As long as it can be shared or linked inside Trello, it can be used for your request.
What if I need the same design for multiple platforms?
When submitting your request, simply specify which platforms you plan to use the design on, and it will be adapted accordingly.
What if I only need one design?
That’s totally fine. After your request is completed, you can pause your subscription and return whenever you have more design needs. This way you don’t lose the remaining time on your plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the time and quality invested in each project, refunds are not available after the first week of service.
Additionally, refunds cannot be issued for completed work.
Can I use Hi!HelloDesign for just one month?
Absolutely. You can subscribe for as little or as long as you need—whether that’s one month or an entire year.
You’re always welcome to come back whenever you need more designs.
